1 plain or Greek yogurt (provides creaminess and protein).

Ground oats (just enough to achieve a manageable dough).

1 teaspoon of Goldhara Golden Milk (our anti-inflammatory secret).

85% dark chocolate (for the final coating).
Step-by-step preparation

Prepare the base: In a bowl, mash the banana until it forms a puree and mix well with the yogurt.

Incorporate the dry ingredients: Add the teaspoon of Golden Milk and gradually incorporate the ground oats. Mix until you get a dough that doesn't stick too much to your hands and is easy to mold.
